網上訂過兩次貨，兩次都要自己搬返大量貨，司機態度一個比一個惡劣，話趕時間，淨係搬左少量，其他叫客人自己搬返！請問送貨服務意義何在？再也不會再在貴公司網店訂貨了，購物體驗太差…

The app got lots of technical issues and the user experience is much worse than before. I hope Dairy Farm will really look into all the technical issues instead of asking your customers to do work around and wasting of their time.
