Chan Chao Scanner

This scanner app helps you instantly obtain buyer information! Developed and launched by Taiwan’s largest private exhibition company, Chan Chao International Co., LTD, this scanner app lets you stay on top of the progress of sales reps in client development at exhibitions, while saving on time and labor costs required for keying in buyer information. After activating the functions of the exhibitor management system, exhibitors will be able to obtain complete visitor information by scanning visitors’ QR codes with smartphones. In the meantime, this app supports a number of services that are not provided in the computer version, such as sub-account management, daily statistics, buyer information memo (camera features included), and search functions.
Sub-account Management
After opening a parent company account, you can open a number of sub-accounts according to the number of on-site sales representatives, so that the company and sales supervisor can instantly understand the progress of sales reps in client development, including the amount and information of clients, through the parent account at any time. This app is an exhibitors’ best tool for on-site personnel management for exhibitions.
Daily Contact Statistics
This app displays such statistics as the daily and total number of clients each sales rep develops during exhibitions through clear and simple figures. It saves you the trouble of record client information afterwards, while allowing you to review the results of client development efforts.
Buyer’s Negotiation Record
After scanning and obtaining visitor information, you can create a memo column for each buyer at Label, adding notes of visitor types and negotiation contents. You can also keep track of visitors by taking photos, including portraits, materials or handwritten notes. Please ask permission before doing so. All the information is clear at a glance at the back end, which saves sales reps time for filling out client development reports afterwards. You can also directly access such apps as Phone, Mail, and SMS via shortcut icons set up in the database and contact your clients right away!
