食物及衞生局向聖雅各福群會批出為期三年的深水埗地區康健中心營運服務合約，為深水埗區居民及工作人士提供以地區為本的基層醫療健康服務，提倡「健康先至係中心」的理念，透過多元化的健康推廣、疾病預防、健康評估、諮詢及慢性疾病管理，提升居民自我管理健康的意識；藉着公私營醫療機構合作，支援長期病患者，讓市民可安在社區得到所需的健康服務。
中心的專業健康管理團隊集結多方面人才，包括：註冊社工、護士、物理治療師、職業治療師、營養師、藥劑師及健身教練，關顧市民不同需要。
中心現正式推出流動應用程式「健康先至係中心」，為服務使用者提供更方便快捷的服務、最新的中心資訊及多元化健康活動，將健康融入日常生活。
