地図を読み込むたびにエラーが発生し、自転車やステーションの位置は一切表示されません。カギを開けるボタンも全く機能していません。2Dayパスをアプリ上で購入したのに、サービスを利用できず無駄金を払いました。つまり全くサービス機能していないので、ダウンロードしないでください。開発・運営会社および行政は早くこのシステム不良に対応してください。

返却ができない
そもそもアプリの使い方ガイドが見当たらず、なんとか借りれたはいいもののアプリに返却ボタンがなく返却もできない始末。 あろうことが24時間以内に返却できない際は約2万円の補償金が取られるとのこと。 こんなアプリとサービスを放置している富山に激しい怒りが沸き、旅行気分を全てぶち壊されました。

備忘録として記します 富山旅行で利用しようと考え、アプリを入れましたが、まったく入力を受け付けませんでした 一旦アプリを削除し、シクロシティのホームページから登録を行なったところ、２日券のサービス申し込みまではできました しかしその後、自転車を予約しようとしてもエラーで弾かれてばかりで、全く金の無駄でした ANAクラウンホテルにて、一日券を購入し直しとなりました。 スイカのような、接触形式のカードでりようできるので、よっぽど便利でしたよ アプリや会員登録は全くの無駄骨でした 金もかかりますし、よくわからない外注先にクレジットカード情報を預けているようで、フランス語から日本語に翻訳しますか？とGoogleがしきりに確認をしてくる始末 当分、クレジットカード情報の使用履歴はこまめにみておくようにいたします 富山観光で自転車を借りたいなら、窓口に行くことを強くお勧めいたしますよ！
