The unfortunate downfall of medal masters
The game was fun too play at the beginning but as I got further into the game like around level 100 it became very dry and impossible too enjoy any of the pvp game modes like pillage wars for example, most of the new characters are just blatantly over powered and completely power creep past characters, I used too play the 2016 version before and that game was my favorite mobile game because it was hard too find anything too overwhelming about it, all characters and classes had their own gimics and were extremely balanced, but now it’s like there’s maybe 2 or 3 essential must have characters in each role that if you use anything outside the box and try too explore and have fun then you will just lose. One big example of this is the character pale death and how she can honestly just fit into any team because her ability can literally just be a team wide sweep and can’t do anything about it and her LB is literally boxer Wilde who on release even he was strong and at one point a top character but now irrelevant except with even more bloated stats like 30% crit rate and 150% crit dmg is just ridiculous. I remember back then it was impossible too find both those stats in the same LB and for good reason, and there were maybe 2 characters in the game that gave you crit rate and that was troll and Cupid too characters who were very unique troll especially, but now you can’t even use characters like troll because you’ll just fight the same pale death, freya, white perkes, hayreddin, and baldur teams and you just get stunlocked. Just overall a really unfun late game experience and I wish they didn’t ruin the game with blatant power creep cause I think there’s a lot of really cool characters with interesting and fun abilities, my favorite being gargoyle and skeleton king, and hades, characters that do something very unique especially considering the role they are, but I guess we will never be able too explore they’re true potential because there is no point in playing anything more than just pale death freya hayreddin comps and the characters will continue too rot at the bottom of the barrel as they keep dumbing the game down by adding ridiculous characters and never fixing past characters or nerfing current powerhouses.

Gacha Done Right
So I remember when I used to play this game and it was very pay to win, I have recently returned and I feel that they have done a good job catering to new players so that they can catch up to those who have spent a lot of money. The gameplay is also very simple but also very in depth and engaging. I would recommend this game out of all the gachas I have played.
