Introduction:
This application leads to a game-like virtual world, in which audiences can create their own avatars with their own smiles. When audiences download this app onto their phones, and log in for the first time to record and upload their smiles according to the instructions provided on the interface, they will be able to create their personal avatars and enter the world of this game. In the game, audiences can control the avatars to move freely and chat with other users via the bulletin screen and try to solve the given mission. This virtual world will simultaneously be displayed both in the physical immersive space of U108 at the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and in the exhibition space at the Osaka University of Arts. The audience will be able to use their mobile devices and become part of the exhibition via 5G.
Instructions:
1. Wake your smartphone and find the app of “Your Movements and Smiles Will Be Everything for Me” in Apple Store. Download and click on the app to start and enter the virtual world of “Game Chat.”
2. For first-time visitors to this virtual world, press “agree access to the camera” to turn on the front camera of the smartphone and record your “smile” according to the instructions. After recording, the system will automatically create a smiling avatar. After naming your avatar, you can enter “Game Chat,” a virtual world in which you will see other players online at the same time. The avatars of the players, with genuine smiles, can communicate with each other via text on the bullet screen.
3. In this game, players are given a mission. An NPC will show up randomly in the scene, and players must search and find the NPCs in the scene to click on and converse with them. Each find will produce a puzzle sentence, and when twenty puzzle sentences are collected, the mission is completed, and the player will receive a limited NFT game card.
