服务太差，容易被骗钱
平台不为用户做主，退款什么的都要等商家决定。首次系统写剩23小时退款，第二天早上进来又要等1天23小时？这还是一笔大的钱我着急用但要等3天我的天。商家还让顾客支付一笔钱才能退款，这样程度京东的客服找不着咨询和处理，多多学人家拼多多
