2、租客身份证拍照录入，自动识别身份证信息。
3、收租日前指定时间发送收租提醒。
4、账单支持多种费用类型：固定费用、抄表计算费用、手动填写费用和减免费用。

6、根据表读数差值计算水电费，支持均摊和费用保底，完美支持合租房。
7、集中抄表功能：一个房子所有房号设有统一抄表操作界面。
