iPad端怎么一直白屏用不了，进不去界面

跟师姐反馈了好久还是一直没变化进不去，手机屏幕小看着真难受，想找客服又发现找不到而且没工作人员联系方式，求求赶紧修复这个问题吧，还有什么时候出个iPad端给学员用，手机端在平板上兼容性真的有点灾难
