交钱后无人接单，退单直接扣费50，看了评价才知道这种情况很久了。建议下架别害人了。

刚预约个护士上门五分钟后因为有事取消了，直接扣费五十，说是耗材消耗费，鬼知道什么耗材，售后电话也打不通，我还是第一次评价一个软件

下单了，不派服务，客户联系不上，超时了也不退费，自己选择退款，还扣钱
公司已跑路。付款后没人接单打针，还无法退款。
大家不要再上当了。我的两次上门打针服务300元，没人给打针，还无法退款。客服电脑永远打不通。 护士说公司已经被执行了，护士也拿不到钱。

泓华医疗很垃圾
我在上面注册了医护人员，平台很不靠谱，客户取消订单需要扣除30%手续费，我在平台的劳务费，提现一直不到账，平台拖欠工资，一直不到账，投诉后，账号被拉黑。一分钱拿不到，黑心的平台，希望同行不要在这里下单，不要注册，黑心的商家，恶心至极，给客服打电话问了一年了，拖欠6000元工资。

千万不要使用这个app，非常的坑！作为医护人员，根本不能提现！！！投诉也没有用
