职工驿站是中华全国总工会中国职工电化教育中心主办的、全国职工远程培训中心开发运营的，邀请职工教育先进工会参加的，面向全国职工、企业、工会的，集线上、线下为一体的远程培训综合服务平台。
以打造职工名师、星级职工、优培优技优岗企业为目标，融合全国工会、企业、院校、社会教培资源，为各地工会和职工提供教育培训服务。
人工智能与职工学习深度融合，实现个人学习方案的深度专业化、个性化定制。支持多种学习模式，线上视频、音频、直播、图文等多种课程形式，线上学习与线下实训相结合。
