手机app上充值后还要到线下地铁站补录，请问这个app设计的意义何在，为什么要用这个app，直接线下充值了，不是要让大家看到评论，真是1颗星都不想给

这个app充值不到账！后来去地铁站窗口询问，一副瞧不起外地人的态度：“你不知道苹果不能直接充值到账的吗”。。。诺大一个武汉，号称英雄的城市，iPhone直接给公交卡充值都不行，咨询一句态度还这么势力。真的难受。
