江苏永钢集团有限公司（简称“永钢集团”），前身为永联村于1984年筹资30万元起家创办的“沙洲县永联轧钢厂”。经过“滚雪球式”的发展，于1994年组建企业集团。2002年，自筹资金十多亿元，用341天创冶金建设史上奇迹的速度，建成百万吨炼钢项目，实现了从单一轧钢企业到长流程钢铁企业的转变。党的“十八大”以来，深入贯彻创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念，奋力实现高质量发展。现有员工13000人，在全国民营企业500强中排名第111位。
本平台主要功能有：规范送货过程中送货车辆的预约申请，仓库的云签收并报验等流程；增加供应商送货清单，实现线上预约送货，从而逐步取消现有纸质送货流程，简化送货工作量。实现了永钢与供应商之间的合同信息通知、直接下单通知、待送货明细、待结算开票明细等相关采购信息的实时传送。实现了永钢与供应商（包括供应商委托的物流公司）、物资总库三方之间的送货流程信息传输，实现无纸化送货流程，达到简化送货流程的目的。实现了永钢与供应商之间的质量异议处理信息的传递，并对处置流程实时保存并记录。
