欺骗消费者，售后态度恶劣，及其不专业
23年11月开始使用录音神器，主要用于会议纪要，当时说会议纪要转写只能5000字以内转。今天使用突然变成2500，但app内提示还是五千字，联系客服说是一直2500字，不承认之前的五千字。说提示是系统错误，说之前的客服回答是回复错了，就是死不认账。及其不专业，千万不要买会员
会员纯属坑人
没有事先说明生成会议纪要最多5000字，被骗者开了，大家擦亮眼睛，别被无良商家坑了😅
客服太差
我第一次下载感觉还蛮好用的就想着买个会员，上面宣传的价格和实际不符，和客服沟通半天回我一句，完全没想过解决问题，反而是我一个诚心购买的人一直在问解决办法，体验太差了。
流氓软件
只能免费转文字60s，想注销账号要先等360s，凭什么啊？几句话让人读这么久？就是强迫别人别注销呗？ 越这样我越逆反，不仅要注销还要给你打低分，app store第一个低分送给你了👎🏻恶心。

本来安装这个软件是为了录音转文字，没想到还有配音的功能，挺好👍
骗子软件！！
这个软件就是个骗子！！收了钱不干事，客户一问三不知。
功能鸡肋，差评
试用了语音转文本，原音频读起来普通话标准，抑扬顿挫，结果转文本后，很多字出错，另外全文还没有几个标点符号，这种辣几也好意思叫别人开会员。
