我已經把個人通知打開了 但 錢入帳都沒簡訊通知 信箱也是 請問是安怎？ 已經重新設定 刪除重載也一樣

農漁行動達人 (行動銀行)
只要是加入『財團法人全國農漁業及金融資訊中心』之農漁會客戶，於所屬農漁會臨櫃申請行動網銀後，即可使用下列功能:
1.『帳戶總覽』
2.『帳戶往來明細』
3.『臺幣帳戶交易』 : 即時轉帳、預約轉帳、預約轉帳查詢/取消、綜存戶轉定存、綜存戶轉存明細查詢/解約、繳交放款本息。
4.『掛失申請』: 存摺掛失、金融卡掛失、支票掛失。
5.『繳款』: 繳稅、繳費。
6.『理財資訊』: 新台幣利率、牌告匯率、定期儲蓄試算。
7.『客戶服務』: 農漁會優惠產品、最新消息、服務據點、個人訊息。
8.『個人設定』: 基本資料變更、使用者代號變更、使用者密碼變更、個人訊息開關、登入頭像設定。
9.『設備綁定』
10.個人資料蒐集政策確認。

APP沒辦法轉帳
下載這個不如不要下載，想說下載手機要轉帳比較方便，結果需要先綁定手機，但是按照基隆區漁會櫃檯人員指示操作，仍是沒辦法綁定，甚至櫃檯人員幫我操作也是一樣沒辦法綁定，就叫我回家再按一按試看看⋯然後要辦金融卡也不給辦，實在是🤬，怎麼會那麼不便利的APP
更新後預約轉帳都沒辦法查詢
更新後預約轉帳都沒辦法查詢，有解除跟沒有解除的選項了，還沒更新之前還能選1-31日查詢更新完就沒這個選項，麻煩更新一下預約轉帳的資訊
約定帳戶只顯示帳戶，沒有顯示戶名。
真的很不便民，每次轉帳都要很仔細核對帳號，就怕點錯⋯真的哪能記這麼多人的帳號，還有拿出帳號一一核對資料，這點別家銀行都沒這樣的困擾，希望能改進。
非常不好用
申請綁定ㄧ直沒收到訊息 要轉帳又說要設備綁定 很難搞 我不想領現 真不知道要這程式有何用
無法新增常用的匯款名單
完全找不到….每次都要重新輸入有夠麻煩👿
