“鹿路通”是由昆山市委市政府、政法委牵头，市公安局、行政审批局、大数据资源管理中心等部门，依托交发集团下属市民卡公司开发的城市综合服务APP，致力于打造昆山“数字政府”移动互联网统一服务载体，昆山便民服务总入口。目前建有防疫服务、政务办事、交通出行、医疗健康、民生服务、旅游休闲六大类，650余项服务，全面落实智慧昆山信息化建设，打造城市级综合服务平台，为市民提供便民服务、强企服务、优政服务、产业经济生态服务，真正实现在昆山“让市民用一个APP畅享城市综合服务”。
