I have this app and have scanned a lot of cards but the app only partly opens and then shuts down. Text 0272436672

Like others have lost access to previous data thanks to this thoughtless upgrade. Trust in app lost so will not use again.

Cam card no longer works after iOS upgrade

A satisfied user.. on

I agree with PhilipH, totally unacceptable that CC does not upgrade its data to allow at least transfer to a newer version after iOS is upgraded to iOS 11. All the effort of entering data is wasted, and the card information previously entered is LOST. I am unlikely to use CC again.

Frustrating and really upsetting

I have been using CamCard for some years now and really rated it highly putting in a mas if data but all of a sudden it became unusable and apparently incompatible with iOS11. The App wouldn’t update and no updated version was seemingly available; so I was rather surprised to see there was a newer version of this App on iTunes. So why didn’t it update itself like any other? So in the end I downloaded the new App. To my horror ..... no data. This one wanted my to log in and upload my personal data but even after this still none of my data. The old App still remains on my phone (odd as it looks identical) and momentarily shows me my data but then crashes. What is going on Camcard? Are you telling me these Apps are incompatible with each other? What kind of business App does this to its customers? I tried to get support but everything is in Chinese. Not good and definitely not customer friendly out of China. To lose all my business cards is a bit of a disaster lthough many are copied into my Apple diary so it is largely the loss of the images really. One needs these when there has been a rather poor trading using the OCR translation. Is there anyone to talk about this. It’s not clear to me. So would I trust any version of CamCard now - even a paid version. Why would I?
