“未来康养智城APP",是新世纪发展集团旗下的未来智城科技发展有限公司开发的一款服务老人的APP，主要致力打造新型的智慧养老，为老人提供更便携的生活服务。
1、通过建立居家养老智慧监管平台并社会化运营，对养老服务场所和养老服务实行智能化监管，提升养老服务精细化、精准度；
2、依托“智慧养老+社会服务”消费模式，为老年人配备养老智慧设备，整合养老服务信息和商家资源，通过政府购买居家养老服务和自助点单式服务满足不同对象的养老需求，打造“围墙外的养老院”。
3、建立养老服务“时间银行”，以政府为支撑，整合团委、慈善总会等部门实现政府预算、企业和个人慈善捐赠、老人服务付费为公益服务银行提供公益服务积分托底，设立公益服务银行，建立积分兑换机制，鼓励志愿者、第三方服务机构和商家积极参与居家养老服务。
