The interactive muscle map is the heart of Get Strong. It motivates you, helps you keep your training balanced, and makes it easy to find the right exercises. As you work different areas, the map lights up — and completing your map each week is surprisingly rewarding.
Get Strong is free to use, with an optional Premium level that adds even more features that help you keep your motivation up.
There is no account or complicated set up. We are not interested in your personal data, and there is no need to fill in page after page of your information. Just download the app and get started immediately!
