I got a message saying that I requested a refund and I have 24 hours to complete it or contact them otherwise I will be banned. How can I fix this?

Overall very interesting game. Allow me to make friend all over the world. A lot of interesting mini games embedded. In iOS it is slow and it doesn’t update game stats real time, very good network speed is required. Game forced to use gold to accomplish the task or getting better points. Virtual decoration, attack and defense stat could be built easily if you spend a lot of real money. Overall in game purchase is very expensive. The compensation of game bug is very low. Example : let say game rule to attack street force is 5 energy. Game bug force you to use 10 energy. if you use 20k gold to buy energy to attack street force. After the bug fix, I noticed there is no compensation to the player. So overall there are bugs here and there without proper compensation on bug fixes.

The developers have no regard to those that are not big on spending (so if you aren’t prepared to open your wallets, I wouldn’t bother with this game!). If their system makes an error, they WILL take from you but don’t worry, they will “apologise for the inconvenience”. Fairness doesn’t even exist in their vocabulary! Their so-called “Terms” are a joke - they don’t enforce any of them if you report an issue that is causing you great concern, discomfort or even disadvantaging you in the game (except the ones in their favour of course - they take those very seriously!) And best of all - they allow players to be cyber-bullied and harassed in the most vile of ways by others that will push even the strongest willed person over the edge with the standard response “it’s just part of the gameplay” and “punishing players is not the purpose”. I would only recommend this game to millionaire heartless robots!

Whenever there is an issue with the game, or they’ve made a mistake on their behalf, rather than letting you keep the benefits of the mistake that was made, they’ll tax you for it off your account and make your resources go into a deficit. The best they can do is say “sorry boss, we apologise for the inconvenience, compensation has been added”. Compensation is literally not even a cent value of everything you get taken away from you. This was a horrible move from administration to deduct resources based on an anomaly fix, should’ve just let the people keep the resources!!!

Worst game I've installed, I spent almost 2 years to increase my army and lost everything in a matter of minutes in attacks from extremely strong cities just because I didn't have the 3-day bubble. My only desire in the game was to grow my city peacefully without attacking other players. Another point that discouraged me was having to store over 7Gb of data on the iPad and not being able to play on the iPhone with the same account. Mafia City never ever more

The actual game bares ABSOLUTELY NO RESEMBLANCE to the adverts they run and the game becomes exceedingly boring very quickly with repetitive tasks to “build resources” etc. YAWN! Should be a world-wide class action to sue these jokers for false and misleading advertising.

This is seriously a game for whales who spend big. Once you get over mansion level 10 you’re base will be raided/attacked by much bigger players basically undoing all the time you put in to your base. I spent over 2 weeks building up my mansion only to have a level 54 player burn it all to the ground when I was asleep. So much for encouraging new players not only by the devs but the players in your state who don’t seem to get that the idea is to build up your state to be strong. Don’t bother and don’t spend a cent.
