Gratitude Club is a small, therapy-inspired group where members reflect on their daily life.
You’ll write reflections alongside others who are also trying to live with more care, depth, and balance.
Start with a private conversation. Answer a few thoughtful questions. Then the app puts your answers together, and you decide what to share with the club.
Each question is something a good therapist might ask — focused, gentle, and meaningful.
New topics appear regularly, making the space feel alive and seasonal.
This practice draws on journaling, gratitude, mood tracking, and therapeutic reflection. It helps you build more clarity and calm over time.
Only paying members can contribute reflections. If you cancel, you’ll still keep access to your past entries.
