「中百司机助手」是一款为仓配运输量身定做的应用，与「中百运输管理系统」无缝衔接。本应用以车辆为管理对象，定向指派相关的运输任务，提供了定点签到、仓库扫码装货、门店计件卸货等功能，从而满足企业规范司机操作的管理目标。
武汉中百物流配送有限公司（简称：中百物流）是中百集团下属企业，成立于2002年12月，总部位于武汉市东西湖区吴家山台商投资开发区，现拥有湖北省内常温干货配送中心5座及冷链配送中心1座。

在途运输时，如果选择使用司机助手定位，本应用会持续使用GPS定位服务，切换至后台时仍然会保持GPS连接，因此会影响电池续航时间。一旦任务结束或账号登出后，会自动关闭定位服务。
