Will not work
Will not accept the Agree button. Refuse works, Agree does not which makes the fan I bought unusable. Going to have to return it.
Needs to be updated
Bought the newest controller(BH02) and whenever I try to remap the back buttons through the app it doesn’t work, it won’t let me save any customs settings

App Now Working
*UPDATE 03/17/24* The app is now working. Seeing as how the developer never released an update to resolve the force close issue present on iOS 17.3.1 and likely earlier versions after iOS 17 was released, it’s inconclusive if the issue was related to BlackShark or iOS itself. It likely had to do with iOS 17 itself. I’m retracting one star due to the developer never reaching out or responding. Please make sure to go over your reviews and respond in kind to your customers.
Black Shark Green Ghost
Works well. English language support would be nice though. Could you please make it possible to adjust the inner trigger deadzone setting to 0, instead of 5? Currently the first 5% of the trigger pull does not register an input.

i open this black shark app not working and stopped can not using on 14 pro max this last version.

The cooler would be great if the app would open such that colors can be adjusted.

Funcooler 3 connected twice via Bluetooth and now, no matter what I do, the device will not connect via Bluetooth. I’ve reset my network settings, toggled Bluetooth off and on, toggled airplane mode, turned off and restarted my phone, switched the device off and on, DID ALL OF THIS 20 TIMES OR MORE….and it wont connect. Total Garbage and a waste of $60.00. Thanks Black Shark Arsenal. You got me.
