卡的不能在卡了，随便点进一个视频报错，就得反复去重试，重试，收费还不低
故障
卡顿 登陆软件总显示连接app超时 总链接不上还得来回退出才能使用
能不能优化优化？
交了钱了经常全天都看不了，能不能优化优化，全天看不了能不能退钱？太差劲了，而且一同个账号不能在多个设备上同时在线，优化一下OK？
