威海国际海洋商品交易中心有限公司（简称“海商中心”）成立于2016年4月，是山东省地方金融监督管理局批准的8家介于现货与期货之间大宗商品交易场所之一。
海商中心成立以来，依托区域内丰富的海洋资源优势，以服务实体经济、助推产业升级为己任，以打造全国乃至东北亚地区海洋商品交易中心、集散中心、信息中心和定价中心为目标，积极探索发展现货交易、供应链金融、现期之间交易三大主营业务板块，先后被列入海洋强省、胶东经济圈一体化、山东半岛城市群发展等系列规划
