第二次下载了，去年下载了一回。 去雪场以后，雪场的教练鱼龙混杂，教练教的跟视频一样，视频你可以来回反复看。而且更系统。 我去年教练教完以后，教练走了，比旁边自学的哥们摔的还惨。。。 所以初学者，多多多多看视频。会慢慢领会的。
