據點太少
換手機，忘記密碼，晶片卡也忘記了，所以帳戶完全不能用，只能找據點，然後據點又少，又要跨縣市，六日又沒有營業，那就是變相叫我請一天假，特地跨縣市去解鎖後再把錢領出到別的據點多的銀行存，否則在很急用錢的時候，遇到會欲哭無淚
個資保管鬆散的銀行
我只開辦過一次貴帳戶,久久都沒在用。 結果詐騙銀行打電話來說我貴銀行的帳戶被通報。 打電話去165才知道是詐騙手法。 請問我沒有任何散播者帳戶的媒介，也就只有你們銀行擁有我個資，到底是誰暴露了民眾個資？
根本接受不了訊息
明明有設定email通知 按儲存之後他就會自動又關閉 更新也沒辦法解決
無法快速登入
舊手機人臉掃描壞了，現在要快速登入只能買一個讀卡機或是去銀行，但銀行六日還不開門，也就是說我只能花錢或是每次登入都慢慢登入帳號，真的是爛透了，轉帳也是認證，認證也是舊機，舊機一樣人臉

新手機要用人臉辨識，說手機沒有認證，無法使用，要去認證，又說沒有綁定不能認證，要綁定又說要舊手機按換機密碼，舊手機能用，是要新手機幹嘛～是在哈囉
系統慢到會崩潰
登入成功的通知都收到了 結果還在那邊轉圈圈跳不過去 功能頁面跳轉也等超久 轉帳也轉圈轉超久 別家都不會，就京城這樣
錢轉不出去
查了一下2/5 0:00～6:00系統維護， 都中午12:00了，APP還很卡，根本無法轉帳。
