没有空驶费，没有早晚高峰堵车金，取消率极其不科学，乘客取消也算在司机头上，真他们的恶心！出现问题无法报备，客服电话打了几次没人接，动不动就扣司机的钱，而且还是悄无声息就把司机的钱扣了，还不会发任何声明通给司机是什么原因被扣的钱，真是恶心死了，快倒闭吧！
