「按时习惯」是一款帮助您培养良好的生活、学习与工作习惯的App。
良好习惯的养成靠的往往不是意志力，而是一种“完成欲”。一旦设定目标，如果每天都在日历上标注，我们就有一种要完成它的潜在欲望。利用该心理，按时习惯App会记录您每天的签到打卡，我们希望您在满足的看着日历上满满标注的同时，不知不觉中养成一个良好的习惯。
针对不同的情况，我们设定了三种不同的习惯类型：
——固定时段习惯：
在一天中的某个固定的时段做某事，这是最富建设性的好习惯。比如您计划每晚8:00~8:30进行冥想训练，App会在每晚8:00点提醒您，并在开始后自动为您计时，在完成后自动打卡标注。
——固定时长习惯：
对于那些工作繁忙的人士来说，每天难得有整块的时间，针对这种情况您可以选择固定时长的习惯，忙里偷闲累积时间片段不失为一种好办法。比如您计划每天进行1小时阅读，这样您随时可以开始行动并开启计时，随时按需要进行中断，App会累计您的时间。
——手动打卡习惯：
如果您自主意识比较强，或者您要养成的习惯没有固定的时间要求，您可以选择手动打卡。比如每天坚持去健身房锻炼，一天结束之前手动标记打卡今天是否完成。
良好习惯的养成并非一朝一夕，千里之行始于足下，希望「按时习惯」能为您的生活、工作与学习提供富于建设意义的帮助！
