统计模块 : 通过数据整理、分析功能，实时数据随时随地即时查看管辖区域内各项动态，并以最真实完整的数据报表呈现。
设备模块 : 实现云端设备台账，设备完好率实时呈现，运行参数无缝对接，实时掌控设备运行状态和全生命周期。
维保模块：提前预置维保作业和操作规范，NFC技术杜绝造假，全年计划随时调整，维保情况实时统计追踪，保障维保计划完整落实。
能源模块：实现自动和手动两种抄表方式，自动计算能源费用，结合温度、湿度、预算形成数据分析时时报表，并可自定义统计各层级能耗及费用。
巡检模块：单点支持多个工科，NFC打点防止人为造假，离线巡检无需担心网络状况，可支持预防性巡检，巡视问题随时呈现。
库管模块：打通维修、维保模块，配件使用实时跟踪，多库房分类别入库，便于记录和查询，提前设置备件量，库存不足实时预警。

优服问题
优服维保模块必须一个对应一个的识别二维码这个很麻烦，在有苹果手机老出现闪退,尤其是点击个人信息直接闪根本点不进去。还有就是保修模块虽然确实快捷了很多但好多地方需要纸质版但优服打印不出正常工单版本的东西这个就使得两下试用
非常好的物业软件
我司用优服软件一年多了，比以前效率高多了，也节约了不少人力，整体是挺不错的，希望优服越来越好
提的需求被采纳了。目前用着很不错
