動かない
遅延情報が見たい時に立ち上げてもタイトル画面から次に進まないことが多い。 沿線なので入れてますが、yahooの乗り換え情報から見た方が早い。
通知しつこい
おんなじような通知が何度も何度も来てうるさくてしょうがない。
バスの運行情報を見ようとすると外部サイトに飛ばされる
今までバスの運行情報を調べる時はアプリ内で完結していたのに、いきなり外部サイトに飛ばされてブラウザで開くようになってしまった 特に不便というわけではないが、アプリに対する信頼性という意味ではあまり良い更新とは思えない 元に戻して欲しい
yahooの方が情報アップデートが早いんじゃない
って事が多くある
通過待ちがあるかどうか表示してほしい
相鉄本線の海老名行きは、特急、急行がなくなり快速だけになり、西谷から乗り入れてきた東急、JR直通の特急、急行海老名行きの通過待ちで待たされることが多くなり非常にイライラしている。 なので、通過待ちが予定されているかどうかを表示してほしい。
運行情報
運行情報が日に何度も来る場合があって鬱陶しいです。 また本線のほか、いずみの線、他社運行の情報が通知されるため、その都度3通の通知があるため五月蠅く感じてしまいます。
アプリのダイヤと実際のダイヤにズレがある
たまたま見たのが10時台なので、他の時間帯はどうか分からないのですが、アプリの駅情報から確認する時刻表には「2023年3月18日現在」の時刻表で、駅の電光掲示板と1分（たかが1分だけど）ズレていました。 アプリでは10時30分、実際は10時29分 駅に着いたのが10時27分 すでに電車が来てるのか、上から人が降りてくるので、急いで階段を駆け上がったら、もう電車が到着していた！ということがありました のんびり登ってたら、目の前で電車が行ってしまうことになります。 今回から紙の時刻表を置かず、QRになったみたいなので、こういうちょっとしたことも、実際の時間に合わせて運行してもらわないと、何を信じたらいいか分からないです。
3/29の最新版に更新したが
まだMy駅登録した駅の駅名タップ後に表示される駅情報から見る列車案内のJR直通線の種別色が朝の7時台までの時間帯でバグっている。 本来なら特急･各駅停車ともに緑で表示されるはずなのに相鉄線内の色である各駅停車ならグレー、特急ならオレンジになっていて直っていない。 せっかく目黒線･東横線直通の方は修正されて直ったのに…。
起動エラー
ダウンロードしても、ループし続けて、何の設定もできない
