挺好用，刷卡进站顺畅，出站支付宝结算也挺好用。

用的人极少，客服也没有活人
乱扣款！从来没用过这个app，银行有短信提示产生欠费

别的城市交通卡都支持了，还是交通卡比较方便

我是外地来旅游的，不知道什么原因绑定的银行卡被系统持续扣费，申诉后过去一周都没人答复和解决。对这个地方的印象大打折扣。

为啥还得下载个专门的App，微信支付宝扫码不行吗？还不能办月卡年卡，也不能用applepay，能不能升级一下。现在地铁使用频率也很高，太不方便了！也没有惠民补贴，经常坐地铁还是贵…
不要下载！直接去买票！
这破软件，不知道是哪个程序猿写的，一堆bug！短信要么发送失败！要么服务器不响应发不过来！同一个地点手机打电话发视屏都可以！
