毎日朝晩2回血圧値と脈拍値をこのアプリに入力しておくと月毎にグラフで推移が確認できます
またこのデータをiCloudに保存して他のiOSデバイスと共有出来ます、つまり他のデバイスでも同じデータを表示できます
機種変更時も新しい機種にこのデータをiCloudからダウンロードして引き継ぐことができます
血圧測定は忘れがちですが測定時刻を設定しておくとその時刻にiPhoneの通知機能で知らせてくれるので測定忘れの防止になります
