专业用于OA及家电行业集团企业的工程师执行现场落地服务的的移动网络支持应用。是多地、多分公司的大型集团企业的落地服务解决方案的一部分。本程序可以用来指挥分布在全国各地的现场工程师完成或承接OA、IT以及家电设备的维修、调试、客户走访任务。支持工程师实现执行多种其他现场任务比如送货、送单，并可以进行设备扫描（各种条码、二维码）登记、设备数据报送作业，支持工程师现场定位、现场接单、现场任务转派，并可与系统后台管理员实时交互。
