HealthHub -Self-Care Log-

I was asked by a friend to create this, and so I did. It's an app for keeping a record of your physical condition in your daily life. Going to the hospital and telling the doctor about your symptoms has never been easier!
For each symptom (like a cold or injury), you can record when it started and what you've been feeling. There's also a summary page for consulting with doctors or people close to you, and you can even make chronological notes of events.
Taking detailed notes can be really helpful for later treatment!
You can record symptoms in five categories:
・Date of onset, date of recovery, current status
・Summary of symptoms
・Past medical history
・Medications
・Event recording in timeline format
・Feel free to use them as needed to keep your body in good condition!
We paid special attention to usability when implementing this app. I hope it can be of some help to your healthcare.

It will automatically renew one month from the application date.
You will be charged through your iTunes account.
■ About Auto-renewal
If it is more than 24 hours before the end of the registration period, you can stop automatic renewal.
The procedure for automatic renewal will be carried out from 24 hours before the end of the registration period until the end of the period.
■ Confirmation and Cancellation
App Store app -> User icon in the upper right of the ToDay tab -> Subscription
You can cancel automatic renewal, set it, and check the update date here.
■ Please note
Automatic renewal of the Premium Plan cannot be canceled from within the app.
You will be charged to your iTunes account.
We do not accept cancellations for the current month.
