我的孩子訂閱『狐狸快跑』學英語已經一年多的時間，一直以來使用狀況都良好，直到最近，她在使用這個App互動唸讀英語句子時，App總是收不到孩子跟讀的聲音，以致無法得到『星星積分』，請問是否Server有問題嗎? 希望能儘快改善.
