在APP註冊會員，先填寫手機號碼，收到驗證碼簡訊，跳出頁面看驗證碼再回到APP，填驗證碼那一頁竟然被重新整理到填寫手機號碼那一頁，無限輪迴，試了好多次都一樣，根本無法註冊會員阿(╯‵□′)╯︵┻━┻

收不到簡訊要怎麼註冊
總公司是不是沒給電信公司繳錢？
根本沒用
一堆問題，註冊過程卡住就三次。一直跳出測試版本的警告。最後好不容易定到，時間到卻根本沒有便當送來。打電話才知道他們根本沒有收到訂單，緊急再做了送來，感覺超級糟糕。等於無法使用的app
介面有待加強
很可惜我利用app買了五次便當，每次問題都不一樣，最後一次甚至我最常去的店完全消失不見了。 我只能改店買便當，失去抽獎機會。
店家根本不會使用
爛透了！以到店取餐時間取餐，結果店員說老闆沒教我們使用，我們沒接到單子，又現場點一次等待。

很爛不實用
App是為了更方便設計的結果反而更麻煩一點都不實用。App可以支援付款卻不支援儲值到底有什麼作用，店員說悠遊卡可以儲值可以支付，app只能付款，所以要先拿悠遊卡儲值進去再用app去付款！？什麼鬼東西啦。那請問你們設計app幹嘛？就用悠遊卡就好呀
