《客話學習網》的發展目標為客語向下扎根，落實客家語言及文化傳承。《客話學習網》內容包括電子書、生詞、動畫及線上遊戲，藉由生活與文化的融入、生動活潑以及互動機制的設計，引領學習客語的興趣。提供六腔調有聲電子書、生詞與動畫，錄音的機制，錄製自己的發音，點選句子重複聆聽，單人版的線上遊戲，讓學習客語變成是一件有趣的事。圖文、客語句型、生詞、動畫及單人版的線上遊戲相互聯結，增進客語學習成效。大家一起來開口講客語，共學遊戲讓同儕多人一起遊玩、一起說客語，在遊玩過程中培養學生說客語的能力，然後應用於日常生活對話中。透過遊戲的學習歷程中，提升說客語的興趣和溝通互動的能力，並培養日常生活中團隊合作的思維。
