“智慧助残”是综合服务平台，以残疾人实际需求为导向、让残疾人融入社会为遵循、让残疾人共享社会发展成果为宗旨搭建的“1+4+10”网络服务平台，1即一个智能化管理平台；4即四大应用门户：残联系统管理员门户、企事业团体门户、残疾群众门户、社会化门户；10即十大服务场景：如康家园、助残联盟、政策超市、我要办证、我要就业、我要培训、我要康复、我要照护、乐善助残、无障碍出行，为残疾人提供全方位、全周期、全过程的现代化网络服务，残障人士提供连通线上线下的智能服务，开拓社会公众参与爱心扶残、慈善助残的渠道。通过智慧助残平台建设，实现残疾人工作智慧化、数字化，不断满足残疾人的多样化、特殊化需求，不断提升残联机关服务能力的现代化，切实让广大残疾群众在实现美好生活愿望的过程中有障无碍！切实感受到党和政府的关注与关怀！社会各界的关心与关爱！
