無法登入
會員登入一直顯示「檢查碼錯誤」，但沒有輸入檢查碼的地方～請問如何處理？
更新完無法正常登入
更新後登入時一直顯示更新碼錯誤，但看不到更新碼在哪裡啊？ 後來用簡訊登入，竟然看不到登記在同一個會員帳號底下的寬頻跟預付卡資料。不更新前反而使用上都正常
