App Store Connect

While I mainly use the Web App for the heavy listing (uploading screenshots, etc), it’s incredible to do the smaller bits through my phone: writing notes, managing and releasing test flight versions, and submitting for review and release. Keep it up

Despite contacting Apple support 3 times and being assured all my settings and permissions were correct I never get notifications when a user leaves a review.

Main value is updates on app review process and responding to user reviews. Trends tab could be improved, web interface is better. There is an unnecessary logged out alert which happens at least daily, needs clearing and then faceID to get back in again.

Agonisingly slow and missing key functionality such as the last 24 hours Sales & Trends report. Also logs me out every few days.

Generally great, but I would like to be able to have finer control over which notifications I get. E.g I only want to receive notifications when the app goes on sale, I’m not interested in ‘ready for review’ etc. notifications

Typical Apple, fails to work

It makes life a little easier than logging onto the appstoreconnect site, but it is a little buggy. Sometimes I get logged out for no apparent reason, other times there isn’t a connection. Reviews also disappear, but this may be a separate issue.

Whenever I tap on a build it says: Check your network settings Make sure you’re connected to the internet and try again

Ratings & Reviews section constantly crashing on iOS 15

Since a recent update the entire login screen is unresponsive, the email text field doesn’t respond to my touches so I just can’t login. Worked for years until recently! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no good.
