按照小学语文课程标准，设计并精讲《小学生体系作文》，分学段从句、段、篇三个方面，进行写话和习作基本功的训练。包括：如何进行观察，如何把句子写完整，写通顺、写连贯，写具体，如何运用合理的段式进行叙述和描写，如何根据不同的要求采用合理的章法写出优秀作文。
在体系作文和课文解析基础之上设计并精讲《培优课程》，结合《课文解析》中学到的知识，以“习”为主，有体系地随文写作和拓展练习。重在落实，练的是读写硬功夫。
