Paid lifetime membership. The app language suddenly changed to Chinese, and there is no way I could change it back to eng. Been emailing and the email kept bounced back. No reply from the developer via the app. This is indeed a scam. Can I make a police report ? Update: useless response. So I have to wait till july. And meanwhile my daughter can’t use the app. Even the Chinese app is also giving me issues. Words are missing! Please give better mode of communication for non- mainland users , how to call your mainland number? If not possible, at least respond to our feedback and email. Update Jul 2021= I can’t login via Facebook account again suddenly.. stating I do not have the permission to. No one is responding To my complaints. Really disappointed with their services and I really want to report them to the police

App Developer Stopped Operating?
App Developer not responding to any queries. Paid lifetime membership and the next time you log in, you got to pay again for the lifetime membership to resume the lifetime membership. What atrocity is this? Apple advised us to stop making purchase on this App but continue to allow it on App Store? Wow.
Paid Access Disappeared
I paid for Lifetime Course Package and has been using for a few times and suddenly the purchase disappeared and developer not replying emails. Is this a scam?
