该APP包括多个模块，基本涵盖物业相关各个岗位的工作人员日常上班的所有工作任务：
核查管理：针对不同的岗位生成待办任务，用户可以APP端一键完成或整改，并可查看该任务在不同时期的任务状态；
报事处理：用户可在APP端对于小区业主的报事进行处理；
休假申请：用户可通过APP向上级领导进行休假申请
休假审批：可审批下级的相关休假申请
