富通這個apps , download入去, login , 入咗去，不知道怎樣原因，在不知情也不自願下，被迫加入了電子保單信件服務（所有保單），要取消這服務，要花很多時間致電熱線，再要填表格申請，再要寄出，再等確認。花了我很多時間。我和我先生不受到富通保險尊重，提出complaint 也沒有回覆。立即deleted 這個apps, 也不再信任這富通保險。但因手上多張單已經是這保險公司，非常後悔⋯⋯一個失望的apps. The cause of the trouble.

又唔俾用前5次用的密碼 登入都話錯 想再改，又要等2日 睇保單的app有冇必要咁保安要求？

the same credentials can login through web but not in the apps, bravo! the password reset is not functioning as well. can’t leave further comments since couldn’t login to explore more ‘nice’ features. awesome 👏🏼 saw the same login issue in others feedback an year ago, fantastic 👍🏼

垃圾app，簡單登入都唔得，轉半個鐘都入唔到去，衰到唔評分唔俾發送。

Good app, very useful, nicely designed, user-friendly interface, nice job FTlife.

Currently if customer wants to login via mobile app customer must enter password/biometrics login and enter OTP sent via SMS, which can be bothersome and frustrating for customers that access their mobile devices overseas and cannot use their SIM card due to roaming charges and restrictions. Can consider to include option to switch two factor authentication login with email instead, as email will be more likely to be accessible overseas. App can also be improved to allow customers to print statements for personal reference and record if needed, as current documents cannot be saved as PDF via application.

Please reconsider your credentials for logging in, account was created before your app launched , username is an email account which your app is not accepting, also the password which is alphanumeric. Link account with original web login credentials or let us reset username to your new settings

I have already renewed the password, but still wrong...... What wrong with the app? Waste my time

why it says the username or password is wrong? just verified on website.
