业务员说没有押金激活费，结果手笔299直接冻结不到账，打了客服电话说我激活机子的时候在刷卡机上面扫脸同意了这笔费，我哪里同意了？扫脸也没说299元费用吧，客服电话里还没说完，那边直接挂了我的电话
