“东富龙”APP是为各个不同企业进行员工培训学习而开发的线上学习平台，任何企业都可以使用，企业管理员可以对员工进行统一管理，可安排部门职务，分配角色权限。管理员可以上传自己企业需要培训的课程内容，APP有智播、智享云、简课、文章四大核心模块，上传内容可以是视频、PPT、文档、图片等多种类型。管理员可以安排自己企业员工线上学习，给他们分配课程安排时间；还可以安排线上调研和考试，随时随地进行参与。APP还有活动模块，可以线上发布组织活动，线上报名线上统计。APP还设有发布与回复模块，可向指定人（可向多人）发起提问，可以是工作报告、定期总结等，指定人收到后进行回复，多人回复最终可以同一汇总进行提交保存。
“东富龙”APP将原来费时费力的线下企业内训迁移到线上进行，让企业员工随时随地进行学习，同时独有的活动和发布与恢复功能丰富了企业管理，简单、方便、快捷。
