从招行第一批一卡通用户开始一直使用招行的金融服务，其各类App技术含金量非常高！一路有你，招财进宝！
人脸识别是最后一根稻草，决定卸载招行并转中行了
多年招行老用户，越用越寒心。对用户资料索取越多，功能却越来越少，完全不尊重客户隐私。人脸只有一张，密码或手机号验证码不就完事了，人脸资料从招行泄漏你们负责赔吗？而且存款到期后还不能在app上操作，必须去现场让柜台操作，那我为什么不把钱直接转移到楼下的中行呢？中行距离近又网点多，可比你们方便多了吧。多谢你们，我出离了愤怒，不必要的app人脸识别终于让我下决心年后就把钱转进中行，启用招行，爱咋就咋，祝早日倒闭，反正招行理财整天爆雷的

上传个身份证。上传了几十次。说我不够清晰。 有什么办法。你又不给我提交扫描件。直接拍当然会有光斑。体验特别差。别的银行一会就好了
