关于此APP订阅费用的处理问题
您好，我在2020年10月17日下载此款app，当时并没有留意你们的免费试用期限，于是此软件于2020年10月20日凌晨41分扣款半年包月费用，第一次条款我并没有看见，第二此软件我并没有使用，第三次此扣费并非我个人意愿我已经于今天联系过苹果客服他们说此费用已经超过60天他们无法处理只能联系开发商，我要求返还我的扣费金额，所以麻烦您在看到我的诉求时与我联系。

注册不了，发邮件过去被退回提示邮箱地址不存在，取消不了，联系不到人……
