没有禁用指纹功能
没有临时指纹，也不能禁用指纹，有时候需要临时开门，过后就不需要了，但是就只能删除指纹，后面需要再重新录，很不方便

为什么登不进去
差差差消费欺诈，说好有的功能现在没有，还不解决不处理
这么贵的东西，一个简单的功能都没有

无缘无故的不能使用，被锁在门外，也没有应急电话
开发者务必看完
1、更新完后没办法查看屋内视频 2、使用门上终端开启猫眼屏幕绿屏 3、门口预警速度慢 没有以前灵敏了，基本人走了 ，才录一段空片段 4、能不能及时优化，把服务搞一往上提一提
很不好用
经常打不开监控连接，最后一次版本升级后就看不到房子内部的视频了
